These terms cover use of latestdatabase.com and purchases of our digital data products and related services. Read them with the product description or written quotation, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. The business operating this website is identified above.

1. Your order and agreed scope

You must be an adult and have authority to place an order for yourself or your organisation. Provide accurate contact and billing information. Before paying, check the audience type, geography, selection criteria, quantity, required fields, format, price, delivery arrangements and any written order-specific conditions.

Our products include business and consumer contact-data selections, such as email, telephone, messaging-related and fax records. Services may have separate delivery or usage conditions stated in the order. A general product page does not promise that every field or selection is included in every order.

Where an order-specific agreement supplies additional detail, it applies to that selection. No order term or statement on this website removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Payment and digital delivery

The order or checkout identifies the price, currency and payment method. Pay only through the payment instructions provided for your order. Keep your order confirmation and payment reference. Do not send full card details or account passwords by email or messaging.

Digital delivery is provided through the download, email or account arrangements confirmed for the purchase. Custom selection and preparation can affect the delivery schedule. If access fails or delivery is missing, contact support@latestdatabase.com promptly and include your order number. A request to report an access issue promptly does not create a separate 24-hour expiry of your refund or legal rights.

3. Use of supplied data

It does not transfer ownership of an individual's personal information or give unrestricted marketing permission. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or sublicense the data without our written permission.

4. Marketing and privacy responsibilities

7. Cancellations, file issues and refunds

The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our standard seven-day reporting window, the issues we review and refund processing. It covers non-delivery, corrupted or inaccessible files, duplicate charges and mismatches with the agreed description. Downloading alone does not prevent review of an eligible issue. Mandatory rights continue to apply.

8. Privacy and individual rights

11. Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by Philippine law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to the transaction. Disputes may be brought before the competent court or authority.

We publish revisions with an updated date. The terms agreed when an order is placed remain relevant to that order; a later website edit does not retrospectively remove an agreed right. Where a change needs separate notice or agreement, publishing this page alone is not a substitute.
