Refund & Cancellation Policy – Latest Database

At Latest Database, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We believe in transparent, fair, and ethical business practices. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All our products are digital data files (email lists, phone databases, B2B contact lists).
Because these are instantly downloadable, they cannot be “returned” once delivered.
For that reason, we generally do not offer refunds after the files have been downloaded.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The purchased file was not delivered or corrupted.
You were charged twice for the same product.
The product description does not match the delivered content (subject to verification).
In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will verify and process your refund.
3. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Wrong selection of products by the customer
Claims made after the data has been downloaded
Disappointment with the number or nature of contacts, where description was accurate
Issues outside our control (e.g., poor marketing results or email bounce rates)
4. Cancellation
If you place an order and wish to cancel before the files are delivered, contact us immediately at support@latestdatabase.com.
If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we will issue a full refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
We may require proof of purchase or order ID to validate your claim.
