This policy explains how to report non-delivery, file problems, duplicate charges or a mismatch with your order. It applies to digital contact-data purchases from Latest Mailing Database. It does not remove consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
1. Check the order before paying
Review the product description or written quotation for the audience, country, selection criteria, record quantity, included fields, file format, price and delivery arrangements. Ask for clarification if a required field or condition is not stated. Our sample request page provides a way to discuss file structure and requirements.
Digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Downloading a file does not prevent you from reporting an eligible problem.
2. Problems we review
| Issue | What to include | Review and remedy |
|---|---|---|
| Non-delivery | Order number, payment confirmation and the agreed delivery details. | We check the payment and delivery record. An undelivered order may be fulfilled or refunded as appropriate. |
| Corrupted or inaccessible file | File name, error message and the application used to open it. | We investigate the file or download access and review a working replacement or refund where appropriate. |
| Duplicate charge | Both transaction references and the order number. | We check whether two payments were taken for the same purchase and refund a confirmed duplicate charge. |
| Mismatch with the agreed description | The order or quotation and a limited example of the missing or different fields, quantity, country or audience. | We compare the delivery with the agreed scope and review correction, replacement or a refund as appropriate. |
An agreed data-quality requirement is part of that review. A general exclusion for campaign performance does not override a specific commitment in the order or a remedy required by law.
3. How and when to report an issue
Contact support@latestdatabase.com within 7 days of purchase under our standard reporting window. Use the subject “Order issue” and include:
- Your order number and the email used for the purchase.
- The product or selection purchased and the affected file.
- A short description of what went wrong and the remedy requested.
- Relevant payment references, screenshots or a small redacted example.
Keep the original delivery and agreed description while we review the issue. Do not email a full contact database, passwords or complete payment-card details. We will arrange an appropriate way to inspect additional evidence if needed.
The seven-day window does not shorten rights or deadlines provided by mandatory law. If an issue becomes apparent later or a promised delivery date has not arrived within that window, report it promptly; we will review the circumstances and applicable rights.
4. Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel before delivery, contact support immediately. If the order has not been processed, we will issue a full refund. If preparation has started or delivery has occurred, we will review the stage reached, the agreed order terms and any applicable cancellation rights. Do not assume that a support message has cancelled an order until you receive confirmation.
5. Change of mind and campaign results
We generally do not refund an accurately described, delivered digital file solely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product or did not obtain the marketing response you hoped for. This does not exclude the eligible issues above or mandatory rights.
Replies, sales, inbox placement and campaign results depend on factors beyond a supplied file. A campaign result or bounce report may still be relevant evidence where it shows a failure to meet an agreed product specification. We review the actual issue rather than rejecting a claim solely because the file was downloaded.
6. Refund decisions and processing
We review the order, relevant evidence and any proposed correction before confirming the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. The payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We do not require you to pay a new fee to request a refund.
For an unresolved issue, reply in the same support thread with your order number and ask for a further review. This process does not prevent you from using a payment provider's dispute process or contacting a competent consumer authority. Applicable provider and legal deadlines remain separate.
7. Support and related terms

Read our Terms & Conditions for ordering and permitted use, and our Privacy Policy for information handling. Order-specific arrangements may provide additional rights; they do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. This revision does not retrospectively remove an existing customer's agreed rights.
