This policy explains how Latest Mailing Database handles information about website visitors, customers, people who contact us and people whose details appear in our business or consumer contact-data products. You do not need to purchase anything to ask about your personal information.

1. Scope and responsibility

We operate latestdatabase.com and decide how information is used for our website, order handling, support and database services. A customer who receives contact data is responsible for its own subsequent use, including its lawful basis, required notices and channel permissions. This does not remove our responsibilities for our own processing.

2. Information we handle

ContextInformation involvedPurpose

Website useIP address, browser and device information, access or security logs, cookie choices and usage information from enabled tools.Operate and protect the site, remember choices and measure use where optional tools are enabled.
Contact-data productsDepending on the selected dataset: names, email addresses, telephone or fax numbers, location or address, employer, job title or role, professional profile links, demographic or interest fields, source references and recorded opt-in details.Maintain, select, check and supply business or consumer contact-data products, and handle record-related requests.
Privacy and suppression requestsDetails needed to identify the record, the request, verification correspondence and the resulting correction, exclusion or decision.Handle privacy rights and prevent a removed or opted-out record from being reintroduced into the relevant supply process.

Recorded opt-in details can include a date, time and IP address where those fields are present. Field availability is specific to the dataset. A field label, IP address or timestamp alone does not prove permission for every use. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or identity documents through an ordinary enquiry form.

3. Where information comes from

We receive information directly through forms, purchases and correspondence, through website operation, and through the sourcing channels described on our Data Sources page. These channels include public website research, social media and job-portal research, market research, contributed information and data partners. A source category does not identify the source of every record.

Public availability is not, by itself, permission for unrestricted collection, disclosure or marketing. For questions about the source or collection details of your record, contact our privacy team so we can identify and review the relevant information.

4. Purposes and applicable legal grounds

Our purposes include answering enquiries, fulfilling orders, maintaining and supplying data products, checking data quality, providing support, preventing misuse, handling privacy requests and meeting recordkeeping duties. Where a law requires a legal basis, the basis must match the activity. It may involve a contract, a legal obligation, consent or another ground permitted by that law. We do not treat a website visit or purchase as blanket consent to unrelated processing.

Withdrawing consent affects processing that relies on that consent. Other information may still need to be retained for a legal duty, an unresolved transaction or a suppression record. The Privacy & Data Rights page explains our request channels.

5. Who receives information

Information is handled by the staff and services involved in the relevant activity. Recipient categories can include hosting and technical services, communications services, payment providers, analytics or marketing tools when enabled, professional advisers and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We supply selected contact records to customers as part of paid data products. Depending on the information and applicable law, that supply can be a sale or disclosure of personal information. It is different from sharing an order reference with a payment or delivery provider. Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Info page or email privacy@latestdatabase.com to request an opt-out.

If you choose WhatsApp or Telegram, those services also handle your communications under their own policies. Their messaging privacy settings do not control records in our contact databases.

6. Cookies and optional tools

The site uses cookies or similar storage for site functions and saved choices. Our installed cookie controls keep identified optional Google Tag Manager and related analytics or marketing tags off until you allow them. The current browser choice is stored for 180 days. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal keeps those optional tags off.

Use to change your choice. Withdrawing a previous allowance reloads the page and removes known first-party analytics cookies that the site can access. It cannot undo information already transmitted or remove every third-party cookie. Browser cookie controls are also available, but blocking storage may affect site functions.

These browser controls do not, by themselves, identify your contact record or submit a database removal request. For that, use the privacy and sale-or-sharing request channels below.

7. Retention and security

Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose, an active order or dispute, legal recordkeeping requirements and the need to preserve an exclusion. When information is no longer needed for a permitted purpose, it should be removed or de-identified. A minimal suppression record may be retained to avoid supplying the same contact again. Deleting that exclusion could undermine your opt-out.

Our website uses HTTPS. Security also depends on access controls, service configuration and how recipients handle delivered files. No online service or transfer is risk-free. If you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure, contact privacy@latestdatabase.com and provide only the details needed to investigate.

8. International processing

Our business is based in the Philippines. Customers, communications services and technical providers can be located in other countries. International processing must meet the rules applicable to the information and activity; a transfer is not authorized simply because the information is publicly accessible. Ask our privacy team about a record's recipients, processing location or applicable transfer arrangements.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, rights can include access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, objection or restriction, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to the relevant privacy authority. Where the CCPA applies, rights can also include opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information and protection against unlawful discrimination for exercising rights. Exceptions and identity checks can apply.

  1. Email privacy@latestdatabase.com with your request and the contact detail needed to locate the record.
  2. For removal or suppression, use Opt Out or email remove@latestdatabase.com.
  3. For sale or sharing restrictions, use Do Not Sell or Share My Info. You do not need to create an account or make a purchase.

We may request proportionate information to verify access, correction or deletion requests and an agent's authority. We do not require identity verification for a sale-or-sharing opt-out, although enough information may be needed to apply it to the relevant record. Do not email a full identity document unless a necessary, secure method has been arranged.

Requests are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law. We will explain any permitted extension, exception or reason a request cannot be completed, along with available follow-up options. A marketing unsubscribe, cookie choice and database suppression request are different actions; tell us which action you need.

10. Children and sensitive information

Our website and purchasing services are directed to adults. Do not use the service to seek children's contact details or to target people using unlawfully obtained sensitive information. If you believe a child's record or inappropriate sensitive information has been supplied, contact our privacy team for investigation and removal review.
