How to Find Your Phone Number on an Android Phone
Android menus vary by manufacturer and software version. Start with Settings and look for About phone, SIM status or the mobile-network information for your model. Do not confuse a device identifier such as IMEI with the phone number assigned to the line.
Use instructions for the actual model
For Galaxy S10 models, Verizon documents Settings → About phone, where the phone number can be viewed. Other Android models can use different labels or screens. Use the settings search or the manufacturer’s support page when the route differs; an older screenshot is not a reliable guide to every device.
Check both SIMs where applicable
Identify the carrier and label for each installed line. Review which line handles calls, messages and data. Google’s Pixel guidance allows preferences for these actions, so one default does not necessarily identify the number you want to share. Keep the two numbers labelled in your own records.
Resolve an unknown or inconsistent value
If the phone does not display a number, check the carrier’s account app, current bill or support channel. The contact entry labelled “Me” may be manually maintained and can contain an old value. Tell support whether the line was recently activated or transferred before attempting resets or removing an eSIM.
Share only the confirmed contact number
Use the number associated with the intended active line. IMEI, EID and SIM serial identifiers serve other purposes and should not be posted as contact details. Finding a line number on the device also does not establish where that number is listed online; public visibility requires a separate review.
